The JSE is currently in the process of implementing the S-Cubed system. We decided on a phased approach, using the “Agile” methodology.
Phase 1 was successfully implemented in April 2017 which entailed all the basic personnel information.
Phase 2 is a very payroll-focused and a JSE-defined module will streamline the HR functions with many new value-adding features. We are going live on 20 November 2017.
Phase 3 will be implemented in March/April 2018, consisting of the “Performance Management” and “Learning & Development” modules.
We are currently in the design phase.
